Herkules Equipment Corp.’s solvent Spray Gun Washers, models G100, G200, G375 and G415, fully meet the EPA’s guidelines for cleaning spray guns without atomizing the solvent. Each model is enclosed and cleans guns automatically, within 1 minute. The Herkules line can clean anywhere from one gun/cup up to four guns/cups in 1 minute, allowing all cleaning solvent to be contained in an enclosed tank. Solvent can be re-used for many cleaning cycles, resulting in less hazardous waste and reduced solvent costs. Solvent-to-skin contact can be eliminated, improving working conditions.
