EP-9 "Rapid Series" Edgebander

Adwood EP-9 'Rapid Series' Edgebander Adwood Corporation has introduced the new Cehisa EP-9 in the Rapid Series line. The EP-9 features end trim, top and bottom trim, radius scrape and buffing. It also carries as a standard feature a programmable logic control with a protection program for panel miss feed, event log, encoder, self-diagnostic error program and touch screen. All stations are pneumatically positioned and executed through the touch-screen and are equipped with digital readouts for quick adjustments. The Rapid Series can be used to apply a wide variety of edgebanding, including melamine/polyester/ABS, PVC, veneer, PVC 3mm (ABS), solid wood up to 5mm and high pressure laminate on panels of up to 2-in. height.
