The Digital Depth Gauge has a stable base for accuracy and repeatability, offers accuracy to 0.0005 in., an easy-to-read digital readout, simple selection of inches or millimeters, and an electronic zeroing function for quick comparisons between measurements. After running a sample panel through your widebelt sander, the Carter DDG gives you a precise look at the performance of each of your sanding units based on the amount of material removed.
