Hans WEBER wood finishing line has four series of standard wide belt sanders that offer finish sanding, cross sanding and calibration stations (including knife planers). Whether dealing with veneers, solid woods, engineered woods, or man-made materials there is a machine that is right for your application. The M-DK line of 'super duty' machines can have opposed sanding heads, widths up to 126" and up to 250hp per belt station. WEBER machines have an easy to use graphic interface and offer such innovations as the patented floating segment platen (ISA system) with automatic pressure adaptation to assure no sand throughs; and the newly patented CBF sanding system, which provides high quality finish sanding and solves the problem of 'snake' sanding finishes with a simple and economical solution using a narrow chevron lamella belt inside the belt station.
