KSF orbital sander

The Weber KSF features dual motion, orbital pad systems for finishing and cross grain scratch removal. Machines feature variable speed drives for each motion, quick abrasive change, and micro-pressure adjustment via hand wheel or optional motorized control. Adjustment and control of all electrical functions through an industrial color touch screen and PLC storing up to 299 programs. It has a high capacity vacuum conveyor system with blower mounted in the machine. A premium panel cleaning brush is standard, with optional blow off systems (compressed air or blower/air knife). A cross belt can be installed ahead of the orbital pads for the finest finishes without blotches and uneven color areas.
