Entry-level precision and simplicity 1255 Vertical Panel Saw HOLZ-HER offers the 1255 vertical panel saw. The 1255 is loaded with the best-in-class frame, precision, scoring and ease of use. The entry-level model can be used to cut a variety of panel materials easily and precisely. It features solid all-welded box frame with a 169 x 75 (length/height) cutting capacity. The new 5.5 hp motor cuts panels up to 2 1/2 in. thick with scoring. The patented Supercut scoring innovation uses four-way reversible carbide-tipped knives to score all panel materials chip-free edges ready for edgebanding, with no visible glue line. It is also loaded with easy-to-use features such as an automatic withdrawing support grid, automatic locking beam and automatic locking tilt for easy changeovers between horizontal and vertical locking positions.
