Italpresse’s popular LOCKFORM 3-D Laminating Press performs positive pressure, membrane-less 3-D lamination of PVC, Kydex, and other thermoforming films and can be optionally equipped with a membrane for 3-D lamination of wood veneers and HPL. To meet your production requirements, the LOCKFORM is available in configurations ranging from the standard single tray model to a through-feed carousel design. Adding the optional semi-automatic “Pin Pedestal System” completely eliminates the expense and hassle of using pedestals under the components being laminated.
