Laguna Tools offers a new widebelt sander to its family of woodworking equipment. The new Wide Belt Sander was designed and developed with one of Laguna's European partner companies and provides classic Laguna Tools performance and durability combined with innovative time saving features. The belt sander has standard featuressuch as variable feed carpet speed 86 in. long belts. That's 11 in. more than most widebelts. In addition, Laguna Tool's widebelt sander provides a host of time-saving features, including: exact digital read-out calls out panel thickness; NC controlled thickness - simply input desired thickness and sanding bed will moveautomatically to the exact position; and automatic wood gauge sensor tracks and measures the thickness of your work piece. The new Laguna Tools Wide Belt Sander can be configured as a thickness sander for dimensioning, oras a finish sander by simply changing the belts and grit setting.
