Leuco Tool Corporation is expanding the number of sizes and profiles in its patented new line of ECO PRO slim-line profiling tools. At the same time, Leuco is devoting additional manufacturing capacity to ECO PRO units to reduce delivery lead times. These small, light-weight, extremely durable profiles come with 0-, 30-, and 45-degree crank angle and 3/4- or 5/8-in. shanks (metric also available). Cutter heads also are available with bore. The tool's light weight improves motor spindle life, and the tool's large gullet area improves cut quality, often eliminating the need for finish sanding.
