Lobo Shape and Sand Machine

Lobo's Sand and Shape Machine was specially designed for the mass shaping and sanding production of raise panel doors and profile edges. It has variable speeds and through feed; a 5-in. wide rubber pad conveyor for the best finish selections; 6-in. long spindle for stackable tooling; extra side roller tables that extend up to 36 in.; and a X- and Y-axis mechanical readout to easily reset cutter or sander positions. In addition, two rows of heavy-duty spring pressure rolls with track belts on top to hold the material tightly to prevent sliding during the cutting and sanding process. It comes with an autojump cutterhead for clean cutting with no tearout and the sanding head can be equipped brush, flap wheel or profile disc for fine finish at one pass.
