Opti-Sand Moulding Sanders

Opti-Sand Moulding Sanders are a modular design and can be combined to create almost any configuration imaginable. There are five different modules, the L202, L200, L020, L002 and L110. Each module is available as a stand-alone machine or combined with any other modules. The Model L422 shown here consists of three modules; the L202, L200 and L020. The model number tells you the configuration, the L422 has four top, two bottom and two side heads. Opti-Sand sanders are designed to thoroughly and uniformly finish sand, denib and sealer sand all types of linear parts including mouldings, trim, flooring and more. Opti-Sand Sanders use Baldor motors and electrical components from Square D. If required, spare parts are always readily available.
