Steel Wire Brushing Machine from Opti-Sand The new SWB12 Steel Wire Brushing Machine from Opti-Sand is designed to wire brush, texture and sand wood parts up to 12 in. wide in one pass and 24 in. with two passes. Typically the first head will be a wire brush and the second head an abrasive impregnated nylon brush. The second head is equipped with selectable oscillation. The dust hoods are made with a thick steel to act as an outboard support, with bearings, for the spindles. The SWB12 is designed to be compatible with the Opti-Sand L Series Moulding Sanders.
