ORMA Midwest PM/Air-System Automatic Membrane Presses

PM/Air-System Automatic Membrane Presses from ORMA Midwest are designed to form vinyls around three dimensional panels using a combination of hot air, vacuum and positive pressure. Automatic sliding trays open for easy loading and unloading of the press. An optional membrane can be added to form wood veneers, and cut to size PVC, heat transfer foils and vinyls. Features include dual independent operating shuttle trays, hydraulic locking platens for optimum sealing of press chamber, extended temperature range on platens to handle higher softening point thermofoils and touch screen operator interface/PLC.
