Outwater's galaxy fiber optic system Outwater Plastics Industries, Inc., introduces its galaxy fiber optic system, which allows one to create an interior constellation or put a sign or message into glistening and glowing lights. The system is a series of 160 1.0 mm, between 4-12' long acrylic optic fibers mounted in a harness attached to a 35 watt, 12 volt halogen light source.
