Protech International 800 Series ERNST

Protech International offers the 800 series ERNST sanding machines. The machines are designed for working widths up to 86 inch. The ERNST machines offer electronically controlled segmented pressure heads that adjust to the panel width and allow absolutely even pressure distribution because an air cushion is pressing down all activated segments. The patented ERNST pressure beam can be provided as one single beam per widebelt or cross belt as well as two beams per widebelt (Duplex system). Veneer and lacquer sanding are possible at a high feed speed.
