Sayerlack's Tintometric System In Sayerlack's laboratory, a tintometric systems known as Wood Color Plus is being used to meet the demands for the creation of custom colors. Sayerlack's computerized spectrophotometry system allows any color to be reproduced using pre-formulated colors and stored in the system memory. The new tintometric system allows an accurate reproduction of a pigmented top coat in any of the wood coatings currently used, based on a sample provided by the customer. The colors are produced automatically by the tintometric system, which rapidly analyses the color sample, prepares the formula, weighs the primary materials and produces the desired quantity of the pigmented coating, thus carrying out an operation in several minutes that takes far longer with conventional systems.
