Toptronic shapers from SAC SAC GROUP USA?s new shapers, the Toptronic-1 and Toptronic-2, have been designed to address problems common to all shaping machines. The 12-hp Toptronics are variable speed, driven by an inverter-controlled HSD brand direct drive electrospindle at 1,000 to 20,000 rpm. Both machines can also be controlled up to 3 axes. The two innovative features that set the Toptronics apart are a moveable table, in place of table rings, for the correct support of the workpiece and, most importantly, the absence of pulleys and belts which eliminates all vibration from an already sturdy machine.
