Wemhöner Variopress Basic 1000 Plus, available from Stiles Machinery, is designed for medium to high production shops that require flexibility by taking advantage of the standard two-tray fully automatic Variopin system, eliminating the use of fixture boards for 3-D vinyl membrane pressed products. The press comes standard with the capability to press with/without the membrane which is controllable by the touch of a button, vinyl roll magazine, and automatic measuring and cutting of the vinyl. The press is capable of running up to 14 cycles per hour of 3D thermofoil products.
