KIC-250S Membrane Press

The KIC-250S Membrane Press developed by the KIC Company is CE certified and complies with ISO-9001 standards. This smartly designed press is front loaded by two shuttle tables. This system allows one table to be processed while the other is being loaded thereby increasing production levels. To guarantee uniform temperature the machine is fitted with a main heater, perimetric heater and an air tank heater. To prevent wrinkles in the product, the press boasts a two-stage lifting table. The first stage applies a small amount of heat and vacuum to 'soften up' the laminate while the second stage applies top pressure to contour the laminate to the substrate.
