TigerStop LLC announces the release of the TigerStop; Heavy Duty2 (HD2), an electronic replacement for manual stops. This automatic stop/material positioner virtually eliminates setup time, greatly increases productivity, increases material yield and improves accuracy. HD2 can either push heavy stock or be used as a stop. It can push with up to 700 lbs. of force with its solid rack and pinion drive system. If you need speed, HD2 can be configured to move at up to 60 in. per second. TigerStop HD2 offers repeatable accuracy of ±0.004 in. TigerStop's optional pneumatic power gripper is perfect to keep your heavy stock right where you want it.
