The Index Trend is Gannomat's second generation CNC drilling, gluing and insertion machine. The Trend offers CNC flexibility for doweling casegoods, drawers and frames in solid wood and composite materials. The Trend is a four address machine. Each address or fence can be programmed with the same operation or different operations. The Trend's Windows XP operating system with menu-based software is programmable in seconds by absolute, relative or pitch measurements in metric or inches.The machine is available in five working lengths to meet all production requirements. (1300mm, 1800mm, 2300mm, 2800mm and 3300mm. Various optional equipment include top drilling, CNC control of all axis, additional drills and inserters, pocket routing and angle drilling for beveled parts.
