U.S. Concepts Arch Moulder

US Concepts Inc. offers full line of Arch Moulder for radius work of parts such as casings, crowns etc. The line includes 5-, 6- and 8-in. capacity machines. Floating feed system with five powered feed rolls positively feeds your moulding in the direction of changing curve. All machines have tilt able spindle from horizontal to 52 degrees, and all the way down to vertical in some of them. One unique model in US Concepts line is FAS-Cobra the Spiral Handrail moulder. This heavy duty, affordable machine is capable of squaring and grooving of the spiral, curved and straight handrail glue-up with the spindle set vertically, and of shaping of the inside and outside profile with the spindle set horizontally.
