Kreg s specialized self tapping Pocket-Hole screws are specially designed for Pocket-Screw Joinery. They feature a self-taping auger point that eliminates the need to predrill each hole as well as a #2 deep square drive recess which ensures positive driver engagement reduced "cam out." Like all Kreg products, these screws are manufactured from the highest quality materials. Each screw is case hardened and coated with a dri-lube finish which reduces driving torque and gives the screws their bronze appearance.
