Disposing of compressed air system condensate is a major environmental concern. The oil/water mixture is classified as a hazardous waste and cannot be discharged directly into sanitary drains, unless the oil is first seperated from the water. Kaeser's new Aquamat condensate management system uses a unique, four-stage separation process to automatically and reliably separate oil from condensate. Aquamat units do not require electricity and are extremely low maintenance. Available in six sizes, these units feature an entegrated manifold system that allows several condensate lines to be attached to one Aquamat for streamlined system operation.
