Gannomat Concept Primus 70/90 Case Clamp

This multi-purpose case clamp with interlocking vertical and horizontal pressure beams is specially designed to save time and labor in the clamping of case goods, drawers, etc. The Concept features pre-pressure and main pressure input, pressure time selection with automatic opening and item counter, travel speed of 25mm to 50mm per second controlled by automatic sensors in the pressure beams and a maximum working pressure of 1,000 to 3,500 kg. The pressing force is digitally adjustable and regulated by a frequency changer resulting in an absolutely wear free operation. The PLC control has 13 selectable motion programs: six manual and seven automatic cycles. The Concept Primus can also be ordered with material handling semi-automatic and automatic loading and unloading.
