Cantek America is pleased to introduce the EM-10 Automatic End Matcher. It is typically used for tongue and groove with or without Vs on flooring and panel products. The EM-10 is a continuous through-feed system which can handle random length material from a minimum of 10.6 in. to any length. It can also be used for finger joint cutting if desired. The throughfeed system allows the tongue and groove to be cut simultaneously for increased productivity. The typical throughput on an average 6-ft. board length is 75 fp,. The EM-10 comes with powered infeed and outfeed conveyors and tooling can be customized to your profile.
