Casadei Matrix Series

Delmac introduces Casadei's Matrix Series of automatic throughfeed planer moulders. The Matrix Series is a solution for small to mid-sized cabinet and millwork shops requiring a versatile solution to their heavy-duty machining needs. The machines come standard with four- or five-head configurations but can be configured with the optional universal head offering up to six heads. Standard features include a tubular steel infeed table with large cross section and with hard chrome insert close to the cutterhead, simultaneous adjustment of the top feed beam and top horizontal spindle, cast iron spindle cylinder, and controls located on the front of the machine for ease of use for the operator. Optional features offered include stepless feed speed control, powered raise and lowering of the top feed beam, and programmable axis positioning.
