Falcon Engineering MOR 300
The MOR 300 senses the board activating the pinch roller in function. It utilizes a laser to measure thickness. As the board moves forward the MOR 300 applies a measured amount of pressure detecting any weakness; if found, it sprays the board with a dye and directs the board to the reject side of the out-feed conveyor. The MOR 300 works on finger-joint wood as well as solid wood products.
