Royce//Ayr has started producing integrated tools for several CNC tool holding systems. Shown here is a PCD Spoil board cutter manufactured as a one piece tool to fit Thermwood© CNC routers. Advantages of this design of course is first of all precision cutting since there is no run-out to worry about; the tool and tool holder are one piece construction. Furthermore there is no wear and tear on collets or collet nuts since all of these have been eliminated.
