Dimter OptiCut S-90

The OptiCut S-90 is equipped with Dimter's OptiCom Direct control and an easy-to-use touch screen so that all the operator's tasks can be accomplished with ease. Switching between different jobs is as simple as selecting the corresponding cut list without interrupting production. If cutting a single piece is required, just touch Manual Mode on the screen and enter the desired length, place the board against the fence. Press Cycle Start. Done! Work pieces can be marked with a laser printer, ink-jet printer or bar code label with a manual or automatic applicator. Any of the four versions of the S-90 can be linked directly to any of the WEINIG moulders or planers as well as tenoning or end-matching machines to eliminate extra material handling and personnel for a streamlined operation.
