Weinig ValuRip Plus Series

Weinig's new Valu-Rip Plus will get the best value from the material, in the correct quantity and at the right time. Seventeen points measure board width and determine board shape and crook. This allows the crooked boards to be straightened with no missed edges. The system displays the optimized rip solution on the board via laser lights and allows the operator to override the solution using a simple touch screen. The embedded simulation software manages the workflow and outlines the optimum scenario based on material, cut list and desired yields. With the new Valu-Rip Plus, rough mill yields are predictable and the quality of the product being ripped is improved. Easily handling materials from 3 to 18 in. in width (including shape), and from 48 to 192 in. in length, the new Valu-Rip Plus also has an easy to use touch screen user interface, a fully moving blade optimizer, a small foot print, simulation tools, processes 7 - 14 boards per minute, and is capable of complete report generation.
