Accu-Systems Inc's MMTJ

The MMTJ is a single-sided machine for doing mitre, mortise, and tenon work. The table top is V shaped to allow machining of two parts at one time. All referencing is done off of one edge for accurate joints. The computer controls the X, Y and Z axis, and the size of the mortise and tenon. Programs are stored and recalled as needed. Small runs as well as large batches may be done on this machine. The MMTJ features a 10-in. color touchscreen with industrial PC; X, Y and Z axis CNC controlled; 5-hp mitre and tenon spindle; and 2-hp mortise spindle.
