From Accuride, the Easy-Down Flipper Door Slide features a hydraulic damping system, which slows the speed at which the overhead storage doors close. The hydraulic device is self contained in the Flipper Door Slide assembly and, according to the company, does not alter the conventional movement of opening and recessing the door over the top of the cabinet.
