James L. Taylor CMC1040S

The CMC1040S, manufactured by James L. Taylor Mfg, is a new clamping system designed for the shop that does one of these and one of those, the company says. The CMC1040S is a custom millwork clamp that has 10 ft. of gluing capacity (a 5-ft. model is available) and comes with six, 40-in. opening clamps. The clamps easily slide from side to side. The CMC1040S swivels from horizontal to vertical when not in use and comes with rollers/casters so it can be moved around the shop. Accessories for the CMC1040 include a snap on square for clamping and squaring doors, rocker plates for gluing up to 6 tall material and holddown bars for thin material.
