GreenGlass; fiberglass-faced interior gypsum board, the third addition to the Temple-Inland GreenGlass family of products, sets the standard in the industry by providing exceptional mold protection, finishability - and outstanding green building contributions. GreenGlass fiberglass-faced gypsum board is a versatile, cost-efficient material choice for residential or commercial projects. Its tough performance properties make GreenGlass gypsum board ideal for wall, ceiling and dimensional accents that define the primary surfaces of the working/living spaces, the common areas, access passages and mechanical/storage rooms of today's modern buildings. In addition to these general uses, GreenGlass performs particularly well in higher moisture areas where paper-faced board is not an option. Produced with the TemShield; Mold Protection System engineered into its gypsum core, GreenGlass is faced on both sides with naturally mold-resistant fiberglass mats and scored a perfect 10 when tested in accordance with ASTM D3273, the standard test for mold resistance.
