IMA America Corp. introduces the Novimat Concept series of single sided edgebanders. The Novimat Concept is the heaviest of the standard single sided edgebanding lines from IMA. The Novimat Concept can be designed in several base lengths, as well as a Fully Automated or manual set-up. Some of the standard features will include, a double V-belt top pressure system, feed speeds of 6-30m/min, panel thickness up to 60 mm and 4 motor contour trimming, to name just a few. Additionally, an open space at the rear of the machine can be used for optional units that can include the IMA-patented Smoothing Unit or a Universal Milling Unit. All machining functions, including line control, are controlled from the control panel. Banding can be anything from thin tape up to 20mm wood strips. With a Quick Change Glue Pot and a PUR-pre-melt device, you are ready for Water and Temperature resistant glue joint.
