Cefla Smartsand

The Cefla Finishing America Smartsand is a machine that provides highly efficient denib sanding on profiles, raised and flat panels. Its planetary section of eight brushes uses three movements (oscillation, orbital and rotation) to create the proper edge break, while two parallel brushes provide denibbing in the depth of the profile. Parts are held by hold-down rollers and a vacuum bed to ensure proper white/raw wood and sealer denib sanding is achieved. This machine is appropriate for denib sanding of: profiled moulding, drawer fronts, raised and flat panels, cabinet doors, routed MDF components and hardwood flooring.
