The Cabinet Makers Association gears up for the 2013 CMA Benchmark Survey, our next state of the industry study. This annual survey, which is open to all North American woodworking shops and businesses, explores a number of industry trends and best practices, as well as preferences in operations and technical areas of the business. This year’s survey also examines a number of product and brand preferences.
As a warm up for the survey, we’d like your opinions, attitudes and preferences on a single subject: Your practices and procedures when it comes to handling new business inquiries. If your company is a custom cabinet or woodworking business, we invite your participation in this survey.
The survey is a single page of multiple choice questions that should take you three minutes or less to complete. Your answers will help us shape educational materials and sessions for our Professional Certification Program. This survey closes on Oct. 31, 2012. Once completed, we’ll share the results in aggregate with those who participate in the survey. No personally identifiable information will be shared with others, as we will respect and protect everyone’s privacy.
Take the business inquiry survey now.
